From the Netherlands to Germany with this fancy 2019 20-euro commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Weimar Constitution.

 

A quick trip across the North Sea to the town of Berwick. Situated on the border between England and Scotland, Berwick has changed hands over a dozen times but since the 15th century has been in England. Here we have an Edward III first coinage halfpenny of Berwick struck between 1327 and 1335 and is the last English coinage struck in the town. This type is notable for having a bear's head in either one or two quarters of the reverse. Quite scarce.
