Russia. My information on this coin is that it was minted 1606-1610 under the reign of "The Tsar and Great Prince Vasiliy Ivanovich of the whole Russia". Was this Ivan the Terrible? Perhaps Siberian Man can explain it better.
I can read: ЦРЬ (tsar) ТР (пёТР? - Peter?). Probably - Peter I the Great. As for Vasiliy Ivanovich - he was the worst Russian tsar in history. His reign - it is the period of Civil War and Polish intervention in Russia.
