Jolly Old England. A friend recently came back from a trip there and this is one of the coins he brought for me.

 

I was going to take us to the Isle of Mann but that would pretty much restrict us to the last two or three places, I think. Instead, here's one from Guernsey, which gives us more options for our next stop.

 

1923 Jersey 1/12 shilling (s). Note the reverse sides are not the same. Or is that first one a 1925?

 

@coin_nut My family and I visited Iceland in 1971 for 4 hour layover
to refuel the plane. We had visited our relatives in Hungary for 3+ weeks
and were on our way home. Went to the airport gift/dutyfree shop and
bought two mint sets. Don't remember the years. The snack shop left a lot
to be desired. In 1976 we spent two nights there and took a day trip tour.
Thanks for posting the 10 Kronur, it brought back many good memories!!
