This is a rare coin. I do not see the mint mark normally found bottom right wing. This means it is a mule with 1925 reverse

The western side of New Guinea was know as Netherlands New Guinea for a period before it became part of Indonesia. There were no coins issued under the name of Netherlands New Guinea.
