1972 the first grader migrated from lebanon to U S A I am living here since i visited the old country few times came back one time with this coin which was minted in france under the french mandate on lebanon

 

Ok. Assume since Lebanon doesn't fit as a "next country", we are going with France. Go down to the northern Spain in the 1930's to the Viscayan Republic bordering on southern France...
