Was going to throw out the note about inflation-adjusted prices.
One other observation: they really, really shouldn't leave off the bottom Y-axis label on a log-scale chart. Quick, what was that low price during the Great Depression? Hint: it wasn't zero. You'll never see zero on a log scale...
