Same city and zip code as for the po box.</p><p>3. You must not open the original box. You place the box from the mint in a bigger box and secure it well with plenty of foams or bubble wraps. Since you are not planning registered mail, you can use the plastic tape. But if you opt for registered and risk of getting it late for the deadline of early release/first strike, then you must use paper brown tape.</p><p>4. Despite the fact that I only collect and adore NGC stabbed coins, there seem an increased value for first strike pcgs coins.
