I told him this is a different kind of case and that this guy sold you a counterfeit coin and advertised it as genuine which violates all the rules and regulations of ebay. I then told him to call ebay and tell them that he had purchased this coin a year ago and that he just took it to a coin dealer to have it evaluated and was told it was fake. My brother also looked into this sellers feedback and he had a lot of negatives for selling counterfeit coins. How is this guy allowed to stay on ebay my brother asked and why was I not notified by ebay when I made a similar purchase as all the other buyers that left negatives he told the Ebay rep. all of this. Well between paypal and ebay my brother got a full refund in a couple of weeks. Would you believe that this guy is still on ebay selling these PANDAS. He resides in the UK. Be carefull[/QUOTE]
