Yet you deny his ability to receive something in a timely fashion. Would it be so difficult to fulfill the orders of an minuscule few?&nbsp; It would seem that profit and big orders take precedent over the few proud collectors who just want to obtain an example of the series and not have to experience high markups in the after market.
