2013 West Point ASE set

I just changed my address with the mint. It's super easy and they're extremely fast with it.

All you have to do is fax them a copy of your driver's license with your name. Include your order number and a note requesting a change of address. Do it first thing in the morning and they change it by the end of the day.

I was impressed with how good they were about it.

Actually, Yak, from what I'm seeing and hearing, a graded set may be in order for you. And you could have it bundled off to the new address with no problems at all.

 

Coin Vault had them on their show today in NGC and PCGS First Releases MS/PF69 for $229.95 + $9.95 S&H.

 

Just for the hay of it I checked my order and my new ship date is 7/4/13 they must be paying overtime to work on the 4th of July. NOT....

 

Now there would be a label to envy all others. Born on the 4th of July? How could you 'best' that?

 

Although I got a tracking number on Friday, it still isn't showing up on the USPS website...

 

I think these are being shipped via UPS.

If your tracking number has a "Z" in it, it's UPS.

 

No letters in my tracking number -looks like a typical USPS tracking number.

 

These were shipped usps, at least mine were....

 

Mine were shipped Friday, UPS 2nd Day, expected to arrive tomorrow.

 

If you have over $300 of merchandise in your order UPS will deliver it. Less than that it's Fed X Smart Post and the Postal Service........

 

i just wanted to say...i was very excited about these coins. i started a different thread about them (though for some reason this one gained much more popularity) and i ordered on the first day. my ship date has just gradually been bumped back further and further. it is the first time i ordered direct from the mint as i usually buy products at a discount in person...

i am realllllly disappointed

I ordered on May 9th so I may be in for a long ride waiting this bugger out.

I'm hoping that in a year from now (if silver stays south of $20/Oz) I'll be able to snag a graded MS70/PF70 set for $150 or so. hya:

That is the price for 69s. He is hoping for 70s at a lower price. I don't think that will ever happen regardless of the price of silver.

Even the more common regular proofs go for $80 - $100 when graded 70.

By the way I received a backorder e-mail for my first day order. My date is now 8/8. The date had been changed previously on the website, but this was the first time that I got an e-mail.

 

The tracking number on the mint site is clickable and should show some sort of status. Did you do that, Rassi? Sometimes the status is unavailable because only the paperwork for the shippment has been sent to the pickup facility. If this is so, give it a day and something should pop.......
