Some of you have stated that your items have shipped. Would you put up a screen shot of the page showing shipped? Thanks.

I ask because my order was put in at 12:05PM on day one.
It was originally scheduled for shipping on 6/17.
Now it is backordered until 7/9.
Lady at the mint said none have been shipped.

Shoot Rick, I got my order in at 12:07. I don't understand why yours hasn't shipped yet.

 

Just one more example of misinformation from the mint customer service. I don't even call them anymore, as they're wrong most of the time.

You're wasting your time. These people only know what is on their answer sheets and little is on those sheets. I would imagine orders are shipped in general in the order received, not down to the minute. If you factor in 138k sets sold the first day, that's a lot of sets to ship first, probably over several days.

Nope. She went to ask the higher ups. Seems to be a problem with their clock. My orders appear to be made at 12:10 AM, prior to the on sale time, so the computer kicked it out. Someone caught it and fixed it, but not in time for the earliest shipping date. Mine now ship next week.
