This is the cord to his glasses, if you look at the portrait in this set you can see this cord clearly.
If you're replying to me, I wasn't referring to the cord line from his nose to his jacket, I was referring to the dark spots/splotches between the "H" in "Theodore" and the chin in the portrait (at least on my medal). I was told it could be some grease spotting during the minting process.
Up to you Ethan. Pull the trigger now or gamble on the aftermarket. The fact that the silver medal is unique is what makes this set most collectible. Ya feelin' lucky?
