396873XX.......order confirmed at 12:08PM. That's a pretty big spread between order numbers but I did 'pad' my order with a few other items that I needed.

Order #39691XXX at 12:26 AM? I think it showed AM time when I ordered the 25th sets also. Anyways, shows as in process, backordered, shipping on 7/27.

The AM/PM time on the mint's ordering system has always been off by 12 hours.

What incompetence! There's no excuse for it. They shoul've have learned from the 2009 UHR mess and the 24th Ann ASE fiasco. All they have to do is scale up their systems for large influx of orders.
They don't need to buy more equipment, just rent server time. Google, amazon, PayPal, TJMaxx, et al. do it all the time. Took me over an hour to place my order online.
Of course, couldn't get through on the phone.

I guess somebody (you know who/what I meant) is just never gonna learn from their past experience!

Took over an hour, and crashed my modem--had to reboot twice due to the long timeouts--my DOCSIS 3.0 has a reset mode if there is a long timeout to prevent a hack attack.
