2011 25th Anniversary Silver Eagle Set

I've had three greater than $300 orders with the mint completed so far this year, and in each case, I got an email with the shipping info (UPS overnight) the night before the package arrived.

I mostly buy gold from the Mint so it's always been expedited. I've seen it take a couple of weeks because "in stock & reserved" does not mean it's ready to ship. This just means they have assigned a set of coins to you. It has to be pulled from inventory, assigned to a shipper and a shipping order created. Until you get this (that is notice of shipment), I don't believe you can predict when it's coming. All you know at this point is that you will get getting a shipment.

I started ordering at 12:30 pm ... and could not get through until 6:43 ... must have clicked refresh 100+ times

I actually thought their ordering page must have crashed -- with all the "Page not responding" error messages ... i had no idea people were getting through until i started reading these threads.

 

It seems like you got on pretty late, I think 3838- was the beginning of the waiting list

 

mine is 38379xxx and
38380xxx and i am wondering got in at 5:02pm est.

 

Nobody knows except the mint and until you get a e-mail telling you you didn't make it you got a chance. I had to work so my order went in at 6:47.

 

heck i tried for 5 hours nonstop phone and puter

 

last order i saw that said in stock on here was 3836xxx so you would think that there would be at least 3 days or rounds of shipping?:yes:

 

Its time to set back, relax, and enjoy that it will come, I will be here! I didn't buy it to sell, I bought this set to cherish! They finally charged my cc, yes yes

 

Just a heads up everyone, I just talked with a Mint representative and they let me know that these will will begin shipping tomorrow.

Mine is "in stock and reserved" but my CC hasn't been touched.

i just called and she was completely cluless said no cards would be charged yet as no shipping would happen until the 21st sounded like she was reading a memo as once they are charged they should go to ship also i ask about the expedited ship and all orders will get that automatically and will be going ups signature required hope this helps in some way wish i had mine coming going to keep all of them!!!!!:hail:

 

Well my charges are pending on my bank statement as well, the wait is almost over!
