    well if they change the design and do fractionals, I hope they introduce fractionals first.

    As a builder of SAE albums, I have to say that I do not want the design changed. Just change that little number at the bottom and keep on
    pressing :eat:

    Now, if the mint wants to introduce a new on-going silver issue then that is great, although I doubt it due to the cancellation of the 2009 proof.
