This might take a large burden off fulfilling other annual products as we have seen happen this year. I think that a plan such as this might make the UHR much more highly collected and numismatically valuable since the series wouldn&#039;t advance much and collected sets would be much smaller since you would only have a piece for every decade available, with the potential for more collectors to come into the hobby each decade.
