I am thinking that the W Mint needs to step up its production and get on with production of all of their coins.

 

I am with Charlie and elaine. The UHR is the only bullion product I am interested in buying right now. Bring on the AGE & Buff proofs and Unc.!!!

UHR double eagle $20.00 unc gold coin might be headed to another drop by next week or two. price $1,189.00. that is the first offering price. wow. that's the time to buy if you don't have one.

 

I'm not sure why everyone (including the US Mint) is so coy about revealing the source of the mintage and sales data.
(Besides, in my opinion, no one should believe a quote unless the source is identified.)

It is frustrating that the mint doesn't have all the data on their web site.

I am pretty sure that, at least on the Mint's part, if it's not mandated by legislation to provide that info, then it just doesn't need to be done.

That's common with all gov't agencies. They focus on what needs to be done and little to nothing else.

 

I was also referring to people on CoinTalk who provide the figures, but don't like to reveal where they get the information.

Sure, I could have someone else order one for me, but I'll walk the white line and follow the rules. I tried ordering one for my Mom sending it to her house, but my paying got it cancelled, and they cancelled the line. I'll just play by the rules, and when they lift it, I'll order another one then. The way it's looking, it's a good thing I didn't have a friend order me another. It may have saved me at least $100 with the price drop. Pays to live by the rules sometimes, haha.
