"</p><p>if they are 69s I leave them raw. Only a 70 adds value to a coin like this. Im sure the 08 69s are selling at a premium but in general, if its not a 70 its either a draw in which case I want a raw coin for looking at and holding, or its a loss in that the coins actually sell for LESS being that a 69 is a KNOWN 69. a raw coin COULD be a 70 or not.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
