2010 AGB fractionals. Have AGB fractionals ever been released? I bought 2009 AGE fractionals.

There has been no mention from the Mint nor speculation to think that the 2010 AGB will be minted in anything but the 1 oz. unc and proof version. NO 2010 AGB fractionals. AGB fractional coins were ONLY released in 2008 in both proof and unc: 1 oz, 1/2 oz., 1/4 oz. and 1/10 oz. sizes... And man! are they ever selling for huge mark ups due in part to very low mintage figures followed by no fractionals released in 2009. Elaine has a few threads that cover 2008 AGBs and she updates current retail prices on them from time to time.

Thanks I just started collecting AGE & AGB last year. I did buy graded 2009 AGE fractionals last year. I really missed the boat w/ the AGB fractionals in '08. However, I bought my first gold coin,a 1924 St Gaudens MS 63 in November 08 that has increased in value a lot.

Thanks. OK, I'll have to retrieve it next time I go by the bank. I think I paid around $1,000.00 or so for it. It was the first gold coin I bought. I got it from Monaco Gold on the west coast.

gold heading toward $1,180.00 i think. now is around $1,173.00.

my first impression is i am very tall. most of the places have shopping center or mall. streets were very crowded. and i don't like the foods. well, japanese are very polite. women are very beautiful, modern but small.

i am looking for some dragon silver dollar dated late 1800's. just like the morgan dollar.

shopping malls are a good thing for a material girl. ;)

It's good to be tall... Maybe you can buy an old o-ban gold coin, the kind with ink caligraphy on them! they used to threaten execution if you tried to take these coins out of the country, in the old times. The shape is reminiscent of Japanese hanging lanterns. I hear Chinatown in Japanese cities are very good too, but expensive. Food overall is very plain, but beautiful to look at. Have fun. Buy a camera. Show us photos of Nippon!
