The 2007 UNC numbers are correct to what I show.</p><p><br /></p><p>Right now the low for the proof plat 1/10 is 2004 which is about 7161 coins [I have seen 6846 used as well]. So far in 2008 the mint has sold 1255 singles and 759 sets for 2014 total coins. That means if they have less than around 5000 coins left to sell the 2008 should be the new low mintage for these coins.</p><p><br /></p><p>I would have to guess that they probably do but who knows. I think the sales numbers later this week will tell us a lot as to how low the mintages may be for these coins. The wild card are the 4 coin sets.</p><p><br /></p><p>One other thing about the 2006 w UNC coins. I am pretty sure some of these coins were melted in the run up of platinum to over $2000 an ounce so the numbers may be sales but the survival numbers are probably less. I would expect the ounces to have been melted more than the 1/10 coins but still I think the survival of 2006 coins is lower than the stated sales. Also all of the earlier years were melted as well so how many are left for each is unknown. I still think it is close as to what will be the new low for these coins, 2004 for plat proofs and 2006 for UNC or the 2008 coins.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
