2008 Alaska Quarter minor errors?

I found this while going through my change cup. There is a small blob of metal in between the E and A in "GREAT" and there is another blob of metal which seems to add an extra claw to the bear. There is also a crack going through the 2nd 0 in 2008. Any feedback/comments/answers would be helpful. All i would like to know if it is an error or not. Thanks =)

Looks like the first 2 are die cracks, the one in the date looks like a polishing mark or die scratch.

I agree it die chips. I have about 1/2 roll of them!
but there have been a few found in the 2008-P&D SF mint set.but I have not seen any graded and attributed as an error yet.
