I believe that the 2006-W (West Point, NY) SAE had a mintage of less than 300,000. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
The last figures I heard on the 2006w was something like 470, 000 if you consider all the combinations. The anniversary set had 250,000, the gold and silver anniversary set had 20,000 and the single is sure was something like 200,000. This was the first year of the burnished finish and should not to be confused with the bullion and proof 2006 issues. The bullion coin did not have the W stamped on it and I think they made like several million of these. The proof also had a W stamped on it but it is a whole different animal
