    I've never seen a 1998 50p RIRA STAMPED. Where did you get it? How much did you pay for it?

    I found it in my change .is it worth anything.i dnt no any thing about coins

    That's a counter-stamp. Somebody stamped that on there. It's just considered damage. I haven't a clue what it stands for, if that's what you're asking.
