1993D Double die or mechanical?

it's not on the Date but in the memorial building with a die gouge under the first 9 (for 001), which I don't see on your coin. There's others but all related to the building. here's specifics for the 1993 D via this link for details =>

also you may want to show the entire coin, front (obverse) and rear (reverse)

I don't see doubling on the date, just some zinc rot near the mintmark.

Can you post pics of the full obverse and reverse?

 

I see no signs of anything but popped zinc blisters.
