But someone offered you $2300 on ebay and may be more knowledgeable than you and willing to gamble $2300 on a coin in a tie bar piece that the coin worth a couple hundred tops for some reason, it&#039;s got to be the tie bar itself.</p><p><br /></p><p>It may have more value than $2300 is what I&#039;m saying but you may need to have it checked in multiple places, 2nd 3rd and 4th opinions and appraisals to feel better about it and confident you aren&#039;t lowballing yourself.</p><p><br /></p><p>If it&#039;s not what the eBay buyer is expecting I&#039;ll guarantee you they file a return complaint and get their money back from PayPal or ebay or whatever.
