Currency is a PART of total USD, but only a part. I have never disagreed that almost all US CURRENCY in circulation is FRN, but have always disagreed when you try to say US CURRENCY=ALL USD.</p><p><br /></p><p>That is the beginning, middle, and end of the disagreement.
