Just checked the 10 oz. Prov bar - currently $171.80. The Prov Prospector 1 oz . round is currently $17.06. Ten rounds would total $170.60, or $1.20 less that the the price of the 10 oz. bar.

Why does a standard "economy of scale" not exist in the pricing of 10 oz. and larger (100 oz.) bars. This has mystified me since I started following silver. What is the initiative for purchasing larger bars?
