I'm thinking about buying some silver, I already have some junk silver and around 14 American Silver Eagles and I was gonna buy some more. That said, my LCS is sold out and prices on feebay are way out of what I want to pay! :arghh: What is everyone doing to stack, just wondering?? Anyone? ;)

Ebay if you be patient you can get a good deal winning an auction.

I am happy sitting on what I have. I still think silver is too high right now.

The world seems unstable right now. I noticed Ebay prices for auctions from one of my favorite sellers just exploded in the last two weeks.

People are justfiably concerned about economic growth and the long term effects of rolling shutdowns, as well as political insanity. It is not just a US problem despite what some believe, and those international impacts will also affect all of us. Some economists believe it will be years before we see the worst effects of shutting down economies.

The pendulum always swings the other way eventually. Look on the bright side!

Hopefully we're at rock bottom and things can only get better from here :) I still bought a bit of silver just in case, but I have hope that I never need it for anything. Expect the worst, hope for the best!

It may be tough. I have 6 kids, 13 grandkids and 20 great grandkids. I think about the difficulties they will face with all the uncertainty. I don't think they will have the opportunity for savings that we had.

I'm not adding unless I can get it cheaper but I do think it will go higher this year.

I stopped adding physical at $18
    Sold SLV at $23+
Still have more physical in the SDB back up north waiting
Hoping it doesn’t drop back too much before Spring

And sadly a lot of those that seemingly control those things live in a bubble and couldn't care less beyond themselves.

Yes. And they couldn't care less because life is good. Tomorrow is expected to be the same as today. They have never known real bad times.

    JM Bullion has them cheaper.

$589.40 for a tube of 20 if paid by check.

That comes out to $29.47 per ASE coin.

If you want to stack silver and don’t care what kind I highly recommend these Britannias currently on sale on JMBullion.

They may not be Silver Eagles but they come from a worldwide respected Mint (The Royal Mint in Britain) and so they are easily recognizable by bullion dealers.

They also seem to be very popular right now.

The 2021 Britannias come with new security features too where the waves in the background will appear to ripple based on tilting them in the light and a security mark will appear in the shield.

These ones are the 2020 ones so they don’t have that buy they are still high quality silver bullion from a reputable Mint.

I have been buying continually but not big purchases Morgans and ASE and I also picked a up a 5 oz puck on a trade. I traded a railroad switch lock and key with the chain, for a puck (tallgrass prairie.) I purchased one cc Morgan and that's it. Moving toward GOLD now.. Should it be graded to be kind of safe or raw. I usually buy from someone I know but Sometimes the deal is cheaper else where. Risky because I am really not up on the gold...jus yet.. The pre 33 gold I believe they refer to, I am kind of liking it.. slow roll with prices on both unsteady of sorts.......

Yeah, that's a very good tip! :D They also have a great price on silver bars! I normally stay away from foreign silver but I'm thinking about it!

Some other guy brought up the subject on a different thread but I guess he changed his mind. I'd be willing to give you a good price on the 1991 shown in the linked thread, I also have some graded coins as well, just PM me when you're ready to talk! ;)

Some guy on CL is selling a tube of ASE's for $600! That's a really nice deal but last time I bought ASE's they were selling for right around $18. Below is a nice vintage Hospital Trust 10 oz bar for sale, I offered the seller $300 but she ignored me. I don't want it that bad, after taxes it would be way too much for me to care about! :D
