My favorite is #1 as well. I’m not much of a Parthian collector (yet), but the type has been on my list for some time now.

I've tried to expand my focus in the last couple of years, and have succeeded somewhat (notably adding some more early Phoenician and Indian coins), but I keep on circling back to Parthia. I guess they just have the right mixture of exotic and familiar, of well-documented history and mystery, of culture and "barbarism".
