I can't say it any better then Cicero "The life of the dead is placed in the memory of the living." You will be missed but not forgotten.

 

Doug was very kind and helpful when I first joined, pointed me in the right direction not only with a coin enquiry but also with photography. I got the impression he didn't suffer fools lightly which are the sort of folk I get on with. All of the previous comments are a testimony that he was a force for good and will be missed. R.I.P.

 

He was so helpful to me.....will be missed terribly.....sure wish I could have met him sometime.

All the more reason for those of us here and reading this thread to meet while we are still here and still able physically.

Casual gatherings....FUN conferences....other coin shows....whatever.

Don't say what I said....that I regret not being able to meet someone who helped me greatly. Get out there and arrange the meetings while everyone is still here and able to travel !!
