Oh, but grains give you celiac while fruits and vegetables give you listeria, Salmonella, etc. and that excludes the many poisons in them
Ok, still have not smoked or chewed! I stopped all nicotine replacement (patches and gum) a week ago too. January 20th will be one month, but I need to take it one day at a time. My girlfriend and I bought a little junk silver this weekend to celebrate. She quit the same day as me.
Still have not smoked or chewed! December 20th 2016 is still my quit day. No gum or patches for 2 weeks now too. Celebrated by buying bullion. Tonight has been a rough one so far really thinking about it. I'm usually with my girlfriend but not tonight.
If you got this far, you got it beat. It gets easier with time. Soon you won't think about it at all.
It's a head game from here on in. Just don't take that first false step. You've got a supportive girlfriend and a lot to not smoke for. Get out carrots, smoke them.
Still going strong people! A few days shy of 2 months being tobacco free. I spent my would be cigarette and chew money yesterday on $200 worth of silver.
congrats, bman! and stay in the fight! every day is a new day and some will be more difficult than others. I quit over 20 years ago and some days, a cigarette still sounds enjoyable
congrats to everyone here...........good motivation and testimony to others and the amount you can save and put towards metals........can't get better than that!
Well after 5 weeks my self I fell off the wagon. I think it was the stress and boredom Of this surgery recovery. Only second day off wagon and I have only smoked a few and they make me sick So I am gonna try hard tomorrow to get back on. Wish me luck!
You guys just gave me a great idea. My wife hates my coin collecting hobby. I'll just tell her that she can choose: coin collecting or smoking a pack a day!
Still tobacco free since December 20th, 2016. My mouth feels great and my bullion stack has grown. I hope all of you that want to quit can do so. To health and wealth!!!
Good Job bman33, I got to bored and nerves got the best of me when I had the back surgery, I will try again shortly!
