It might be a contemporary counterfeit. The design looks wrong. Does it weigh correctly?
I've heard they sell for more than a PCGS or NGC graded coins in the same grade, but a stickered PCGS slab is king. I'm not sure where stickered...

It has some environmental damage, but I don't know if it warrants a details grade or not. I think it has AU sharpness.
It's similar to dirt erosion during a heavy rain. As the metal flows to fill the design, it slowly "erodes" the dies.
Those are restrikes from the original dies, correct?

They might be radial flow lines (caused by die deterioration), but I'm not quite sure. Are the areas with the "lines" more lustrous/shiny?
It's called a Linear Plating Blister.

The 1903-S reminds me of this fake Peace Dollar I have. Many counterfeits have uneven or malformed rims. [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
