Hi there! I tried to sign up yesterday, but now today it appears my account was deleted. This is my second try with the same name. (I've used this online handle for years, but I suppose it could sound suspicious as a new member?)

Either way, I'm certainly not getting a registration email to click on, only that it says my account must be approved by an admin.

Any help is appreciated!

 

Hi guy, The moderator is trying to protect all of us from possible damage to yourself as well as the forum. "Click me " type of address. It is the magic door for all of us possibly to get hundreds or more of fake materials including fake buy/sell objects.
We all have had to come up with such an address. Doug is the boss man and if he says so, it must be so. If you want on board, work with him, IMO, Jim

 

With the hindsight of almost 20 years of me using this username, choosing it was perhaps not the best decision.

Does he have public contact information available so that I can either call or email him to clarify any potential misunderstandings?

 

He routinely peruses this thread for questions just like yours. He tends to show in the mornings. I’m sure you will hear from him soon.

Good morning. I have attempted to find a place to make sure my email is correct in my profile because I still have not received the verification link. I have checked all inboxes and spam folders. Not a rush as I am able to post a little here and there as well as read some pretty cool stuff. Thanks
