Never heard of Zeus Kasios, that's for sure. A recent eBay lot came up with a stone-in-a-temple type, which I've been hankering for since seeing them on Coin Talk over the years. I figured it was Elagabalus and the Emesa stone he brought to Rome. Nope. It is the stone of Zeus Kasios, and everything I know about this topic comes from this wonderful post by @Jochen1 (thank you!). It is such an informative post, I thought I'd revive it.

These were issued for Trajan with a date range, and apparently in two denominations (I will call them "big" and "small").
