20140308_201322.jpg 20140308_201049.jpg I recently found this coin while metal detecting and cant find anything about it in books or online. Im sure its a commemorative coin but I dont know when or where it was made. Does anybody know what this is and how much it may be worth? Thanks in advance. P.S. this is my very first post so I hope I did it right.

    doug444 STAMPS and POSTCARDS too!

It's not a coin, it's a token out of a privately-minted Presidential set. Sunoco gas stations had something very similar in the 1950s. Value unfortunately is nil.

It reminds me of those Shell Oil Company tokens that they gave away in the late 1960s.

Tom, I think you're right, it was Shell, not Sunoco. I'm lucky to remember what I had for lunch, much less where we bought gas 50 or 60 years ago
