Your thoughts on this Nero dupondius

The dealer you are buying this coin from often sells good value, I buy regularly from him.

..wow..i dig the way the "next/previous coins" changer works on that site!..kool..

 

I did receive the dupondius and checked the eye with a toothpick but found it to just be bare metal where I thought there was wax or buildup. It is odd wear and my buddy who is not into numismatics said it makes Nero look even more evil.
