with the OP's rules (regular issues) in mind: 1901-S Barber Quarter - King of the 20th Century Key Dates 1955 Doubled Die Lincoln - Most stunning error ever produced ANY Proof Walking Liberty Half Dollar - A stunning coin in proof! 1895 Morgan Dollar - not a proof, but a circulation strike ! 1793 Strawberry Leaf Cent - one of the earliest coins made by the US Mint I didn't just go and pull the most valuable coins I could think of, nor did I mention any coin that was not actually intended by the mint for public consumption. You will also notice that the choices I made are irrespective to condition. Top to bottom they are sought after coins. I hope I was true to the concept.
great question 1-1909 s vdb penny- since i was a kid in the 60's been trying to find one- never did-but the coin that got me interested in collecting 2- any standing liberty quarter with a readable date- always a thrill 3- same with buffalo nickel 4- indian pennies- love the design 5- any barber design- like holding history in your hand
Chain cent (check) Wreath cent Isabella quarter (check) Proof gold from the 1800s 1792 half dime Why? Because they're all cool coins to me -- do I need another reason? Have fun...Mike
Only one coin I'm dying for, 1936 Lincoln brilliant proof. I found one at the big, once-a-year show here but I didn't have enough money to buy it. This coin has eluded me for so long it makes me sick.
oh, oh, I know: The three piece Jefferson nickel set from 2008, in at least Unc! oh, and the first two Lincoln cents from 2009. Please, can I have them in unc?
In a phrase you stink! 1 chain to finish!?!? and 3 1803's to finish!?!? [note: I used stink because I didn't know if Doug would let me use suck!]
Even though they aren't too special I'd like the 1909 VBD Lincoln cent and the 1916 D Mercury Dime to finish off my collection
i dont know anythin about coin proofs or how to rate condition but i have a 1907 st. gaudens $20 walking lady liberty coin and im wonderin how much it might be worth. and if possible i also have an 1895 p morgan dollar coin, a 1913 buffalo nickle, and a 1909 s lincoln penny they are all the large coins. if someone can help me out with an estimate on these it would be greatly appreciated thank u
