1909-S U.S. Philippines Peso PCGS AU58

Just got this one off of eBay, my first U.S. Philippines coin. Sort of felt this goes well with my 1909 U.S. Mint set since this coin was also minted in San Francisco and the Philippines were part of the U.S. at that time

 

That's a terrific obverse design, isn't it?

 

I really like it!! Unfortunately for my coin budget, that means that I'll probably have to get the rest of the denominations!!!

This came in the mail a couple of days ago. I love the reverse of this one. One of these days I'll pick up the gold commemorative to go with it.

Very nice coin! Grading standards have really changed if that was only a 62.

I got this coin from a shipwreck in the Caribbean its a 1734 Dutch silver rider
