The "CAC" Thing? How about sharing your Thoughts, Facts, "Feelings", etc regarding these "CAC" questions .... or more if you wish.....Okay?

    1. Do you CAC?
    2. Does CAC add value to a coin?
    3. If it does.....What percentage of value increase?
    4. Think CAC coins are eaiser to sell?
    5. Does CAC add prestige to a coins?

Anyother "answers" you want to add would make great reading and valuable to us all.

    Thanks!

    1. No.
    2. To me, no. To many others, yes.
    3. Zero, and it varies.
    4. No way to know. I VERY seldom sell anything.
    5. Again, not to me. Others' mileage may vary.

    1. No
    2. Some say yes, others say no.
    3. That depends on the coin, mintage, survival rate, etc.
    4. I have no idea.
    5. Some say yes, others say no.

    1. I have some but don't have submission privileges.

    2. In most cases yes.

    3. It depends on the coin. It could be anywhere from a few % for common coins to several factors above price guide for coins with large spreads (i.e. a MS 66+ with CAC where the 67 sells for 10 times the 66 price).

4.In most cases yes. If given the choice of two MS 65 Morgans at the same price, the CAC one will almost always sell for more.

5.Yes for a gold sticker, otherwise it just signifies that it's a decent coin for the grade.

With all due respect, I've typed half a dozen paragraphs on CAC in the last 24 hours. We discuss them so often around here that it becomes repetitive and redundant.

    1. I own some CACs but I don't go looking for them.
    2. Depends upon the coin itself.
    3. Again, it depends upon the coin itself.
    4. Yes.
    5. Prestige? I call it a "second opinion" on a coin grade. The opinion that matters most is mine.
