Your First Ancient Coin

    Give us a hint about your new coin :). Greek? Roman? What drew you to it? Did you go to Vcoins with that type of coin in mind or did you just browse until something in your budget caught your eye?

    It's a Constantine the first bronze. I was initially looking for one with the Chi Rho but found this one instead. It was within my tight beginners budget and I just thought I'd take a chance for $10.

    Then I grabbed two more that I have no clue about for $12 total.

    Oooh, a Numerian for less than 12 dollars is a good buy. Nice coins for the money, well done!

    A Constantine and Numerian on the bottom. I don't even think I have a Numerian. One of the many great things about ancients is that they offer something interesting at many budget levels. You don't have to be rich to collect some really interesting coins.
