My dream coin was a 1915-S Panama Pacific $2.50 commemorative gold piece, normally several thousand dollars.

I found this one on eBay from a pawn shop in Oregon. Cleaned and Ex-Jewelry, but still very nice and I actually own it...

Now my dream coin is the Panama Pacific $50 commemorative gold piece, either type. Considering I could buy both of my sons a new car for the same price it will remain a dream.

hmm i am not to sure, i was thinking about this the other day.... i love my 1899 $20 double eagle, i would guess is in atleast au-55, probably better. i wish i never sold the $10 counterpart:crying:. its even worse that i only got $450 for it

i guess my choice would be either the $20 st. gaudens or 1 of the 2( i believe) 1956 DD wheats. i have always wanted a real DD wheat for some reason..

Id say either 1909 S-VDB cent or 1916D Mercury. These are two "dream" coins that are actually within reach and will probably have a place in my collection in the near future hopefully.
