Both are PCGS MS 63, but when one gest to toners like that, it really doesn't matter about condition, as long as they are MS--the color is the thing!
This is not a new addition. I have had this one for about a year now, but only visit it occasionally, as it is in the safe deposit box, with 4 other really good dates.

No, that isn't a MS coin. It is a XF 40 PCGS. Definitely NOT in the 5 figure range--though I got a good deal on it back in 2011.
