I say "NEW-CLEE-AR" and Jimmy Carter say "NEW-CUE-LAR". Both are communicated to mean the exact same thing just like the phrases of "not one red cent more" and "for only a few pennies more".</p><p><br /></p><p>Frankly, those that like to argue the difference can be quite boring.
