They must have made a ton of those knockoff Man-Faced Bulls. On at least two occasions, I've found them in bulk World coin lots.
I don't doubt the authenticity of my only man-faced bull, but its condition leaves a lot (!) to be desired. Campania, Cales, AE 20, ca. 317–280 BC. Obv.: Laureate head of Apollo l., ethnic CALENO to l.; control mark (helmet?) to r.. Rev.: Man-faced bull (Acheloios Savo) standing r., lyre above, Γ between legs. 20mm, 6.09g.
