You are making me wish I was into coins when I was in Italy, but that was long ago. Back then I was single and had no schedule. I could easily have spent many, many days there going through the numismatic part of the museums.
@Curtisimo, you just liked the post less that 3 minutes after I made at 2:30pm Italy time. You are on your honeymoon, in Florence! What the heck are you doing reading CT at that time of day?
I'm on a delayed train to Florence with good wifi and plenty of Chianti vino... seems as good as any time to read about coins Edit to add: also my beautiful fiancé WIFE!! is asleep
Fiancée? I thought you were on your honeymoon. Did you get divorced and engaged to someone else already?
YIKES! I just got used to saying fiancé instead of girlfriend... This is going to take some getting used to
Congratulations @Curtisimo! As a veteran of 47 years of marriage (56 with the wind chill) I can tell you that there will be ups and downs, but a commitment to see it through, learn that difficulties are opportunities, and the greatest things in life are “to know and be known.” @TypeCoin971793, are you living in Metz? Man do I have a story about that place; won’t share it here as Curtis and his WIFE deserve the attention today. Steve
Coingratulations!!! I wish the two of you the very best that LOVE and LIFE have to offer. Your bride is STUNNING !!!
Sir, This is how you want to spend your HONEYMOON?!?! Turn off the DARN phone and enjoy being married. Call room service and enjoy some local wine.
You guys ROCK! Get it? Rock = million dollars! Wishing you both happiness, joy, and many years of shared rocks.
And on your way from Florence to Metz is Lyon where you might both have a pre-drink before you meet @TypeCoin971793 ! Q
