That message and response was on 1-3-14 also.now, I see that the seller has had several negs for items not received. I want to give the benefit of the doubt but just in case he is one of those that will say whatever it takes to run out the clock on my ability to file a claim, how long should I wait before I do it? it should be noted that the transaction was marked completed the day I initiated payment (12-24-13) so even though the payment didn't clear into the sellers acct until 12-30, I need to operate within the timeframe I am given. I just find it odd that the shipment is still untraceable if in fact it was shipped, given the usps message I get above. well, what is the best course of action? thanks for any input.[/QUOTE]
