That coin was sold in the great Arnold sale in 1984 where it was also illustrated and misread as a Rome mint ITAL coin. These are good examples of what happens when you read what you want to see rather than what you do see. The Arnold coin was sold again in the 1997 Michael Kelly sale by Spink who similarly failed to read the coin. I would like to know how many certain AVG coins exist.
