Year 7 (1874) Japan One Yen... Am I reading this right???

I have almost the same identical coin

I collected this coin few days back and I know this is genuine but can you guys tell me how much this coin actually worth?

The design is the same, but the date is Meiji 17 (1884), not the Meiji 7 (1874) originally posted.

If genuine, yours is probably in the $40-65 range.
