The ANA, and most grading companies, tend to use EF as far as I can tell so I stick to that (It's an abbreviation for Extremely Fine, not Extra Fine as some seem to think). However I understand what is meant by XF and it doesn't bother me when I see people use it. See my previous arguments in other threads of the difference between conventional usage and official definitions lol...
