I also have a few nazi Germany coins, it is quite disturbing once you start thinking of what went on during that time.
I’d really like to obtain some WWII from the USSR, they did strike most kopeck denominations most years of the war but in much smaller quantities.

Not many know this, but during WWII the merchant navy of Britain was actually the Scottish navy. The Scots crest was said to be in recognition of Queen Elizabeth’s Scottish ancestry. These were important coins for Scots since no coinage with just the Scots crest on it had been circulated since 1705.
I forgot to post these earlier: Both Norway, 1941, 1 Øre For some reason, the occupation government continued issuing coins under the name of King Haakon VII for almost a year after the Nazi invasion. The iron version below was their belated substitute.
